Comal ISD Graduates Pursue Arts, Trades, Careers

June 27, 2024 - During the weeks leading up to graduation ceremonies, Comal ISD hosted signing days for graduating seniors choosing to pursue their passions in music, theater, art and trades such as construction, HVAC and cosmetology during decision and signing days.

Among the Class of 2024, students made the commitment to pursue a career in fine arts at the collegiate level, specifically in acting, music, photography, writing and art. Additionally, students committed to pursuing careers in fields of study that began with Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses at their high schools.

Each of Comal ISD’s high school campuses recognized these students for their achievements including Canyon High School, Canyon Lake High School, Davenport High School, Hill Country College Preparatory High School, Memorial Early College High School, Pieper High School and Smithson Valley High School.
