School-aged children are welcome to register today for Comal ISD's year round child care program for the 2022-23 school year. Conveniently located at each of the district's 18 elementary campuses, SACC operates each day school is in session during the school year and offers a full-day summer program at seven rotating sites.

Nine teams from Comal ISD participated in the First Lego League (FLL) Alamo Region Championship Tournament on April 2, winning three awards. The district was named one of the best districts in the Alamo Region, which encompasses Austin, San Antonio and Corpus Christi.

Parents with children completing kindergarten this school year are invited to attend an informational meeting for the district’s Spanish Immersion Program. This year, the district will offer four meetings, one at each of our Spanish Immersion campuses.

With her selection to this summer's Aim High Flight Academy, hosted by the Air Force Recruiting Service, Amy Schoenenberger will be one step closer to achieving her dream of becoming a pilot and ultimately an astronaut for NASA.
